How it works

  1. Send the form. A confirm button arrives by email right away; click it and the assessment starts.
  2. TGS reads your website (mission, programs, service area) and the RFP: requirements, attachments, scoring, deadlines, then writes the assessment against your profile.
  3. A few minutes later you get a link to the assessment page: eligibility, fit, the top requirements with page references, attachments, red flags, effort, and a pursue or pass call. Forward it to your director or board; it needs no sign-in.
  4. If you decide to pursue it, the Pursue button opens your TGS workspace with the requirements and attachment checklist already loaded and starts your 15-day trial. Card on file, nothing charged for 15 days.

What we do with what you send

Your RFP and website are used to produce your assessment and nothing else. They are never used to train AI. If you do not start a trial we delete the uploaded file within 30 days. See our privacy policy.
