Questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. Checkout collects a card, you are not charged for 15 days, and you can cancel from Settings at any time before then with no charge.
What counts as an active workspace on Writer?
A grant you are currently working on. Archived grants stay readable and do not count. Most solo writers have two to four applications in flight at once; if you regularly have more, Team is the honest fit.
Is there a limit on AI use?
Every plan includes the full AI workflow. Each organization has a daily AI capacity so costs cannot run away. In practice a busy team does not hit it.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes. A paid onboarding package covers a working session with a grant writer, loading your Knowledge Library, and reviewing your first RFP together, plus priority support for the first month. Email us to set it up.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Every TGS customer is a nonprofit, so the published price is the nonprofit price. Annual billing saves two months.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings, prorated. Moving from Writer to Team is the usual path once a second person needs to touch a proposal.
